Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. How Shipping Works

Our physical books are printed and fulfilled on demand by our third‑party partner, BookVault. Production begins after your order is placed and paid for, and your package then ships directly from BookVault’s facilities.


2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order to keep things simple:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic & International): 20 USD per order
  • Premium Shipping (Domestic & International): 40 USD per order


These flat rates apply regardless of your shipping address and are set to reflect typical BookVault carrier charges for most destinations. The available options and exact amounts will be shown at checkout before you pay.


3. Shipping Methods & Times

BookVault uses carriers such as FedEx and a USPS consolidator‑tracked service through The Delivery Group (or similar partner services) to deliver orders.


Typical options may include:

  • Standard (Economy) Shipping: Lower‑cost service with longer transit times. Delivery estimates vary by destination but typically take several business days after production and dispatch.​
  • Premium (Express) Shipping: Higher‑cost service with faster transit times, often using FedEx or other priority couriers. Delivery estimates are shorter than Standard but still depend on destination and carrier capacity.

All delivery times are estimates only and do not include production time. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and other factors outside our control.


4. Tracking

When a tracked shipping method is used, a tracking link or number will be provided once BookVault dispatches your order. You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website.


5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

  • Check your tracking information for the latest carrier updates.
  • If there is no movement for an extended period or you believe the package is lost, contact us at hello@makenasong.com with your order number so we can review the order status with BookVault and the carrier.


Because printing and shipping are handled by a third‑party provider, replacement or compensation for delayed or lost shipments is not guaranteed, but we will make a reasonable effort to assist.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
