1. Physical Books and Merchandise
Because our books and merchandise are printed and fulfilled by a third‑party distributor (BookVault), we do not guarantee replacements or refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a printing/fulfillment defect, we will attempt to work with BookVault on your behalf.
To request help with a damaged or incorrect physical item:
We will submit your evidence to BookVault and request a replacement or other remedy. Because fulfillment decisions are made by the third‑party distributor, we cannot guarantee that a replacement or refund will be approved.
If BookVault denies the claim, no refund or replacement will be issued.
2. Digital Products (eBooks & Digital Extras)
All sales of digital products (including eBooks, digital bookmarks, wallpapers, and stickers) are non‑refundable and non‑returnable, as digital items cannot be “returned” once delivered.
If you experience a technical issue (for example, you did not receive your download link, the file will not open, or the wrong file was delivered), contact us at hello@makenasong.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We will:
